Pennsylvania measles outbreak passes 1,000 cases, the largest since elimination

Pennsylvania has recorded 1,066 cases in an outbreak that began in April, with 207 hospitalizations and five deaths among unvaccinated people (two of them infants too young for the shot), and US case counts nationwide are the highest since 1991.
